If you find that the person is meant to be depressed, the first step is to observe their activities and try to show the care and love they expect. Talk to them about their problems and try to give them a comfortable environment in which they can come out of their problems. Remember not to give them advice on how to be and not to compare them to others. If the person isn’t dating with a good reason or is having trouble opening up with you, talk to a counseling psychologist who can try to resolve the issue. The line of treatment comes next, as many people call those affected by terminologies they know and mistake them for medicine. Depression doesn’t always need medication, but it can be in an aggressive state. Some counseling sessions can heal, otherwise the psychologist must observe and refer the client to a clinical psychiatrist. More than working hard, succeeding in work like studies and career growth, they should be given more importance for mental relaxation through meditation, yoga, walks, games could also be a relief in case of stressful working day. Try to connect them with more friends and colleagues. Create a positive environment around your workplace as you spend more time in the office/workplace.
